Capsicum/Pepper with Cottage Chess


This is very easy , quick and tasty,full of vitamin,and protein receipes .you can ready it in 15 minutes.





 INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 Capsicum or GreenBellPapper (washed and cut in to slices)
  • 1/2 Cup Cottage Chess(Paneer- roughly crushed )
  • 1 Large Onion (sliced)
  • 2 Green chillies (finely chopped)
  • 2 Tomato(finely chopped)
  • 1/2 tsp GingerPaste
  • 1tsp cumin seeds 
  • 2tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmric powder
  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp Asafoetida(Hing)
  • 1 tsp Gram Masla
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1Tbsp oil(any vegetable oil)


 Method:


  1. Heat oil in a pan add cumin seed and saute it till cumin seed trun brown.
  2. Add sliced onion and capsicum fry it for 2 minutes.
  3. Now add tomato ,coriander powder,gramamasla , turmeric powder,asafoetida ,salt,red chili powder and fry it again for 5 min .
  4. Now add cottage chess and cover the pan for 6-8 minutes or untill capsicum get cook..
  5. Serve it with chapati ,yougrat .
