This is very easy , quick and tasty,full of vitamin,and protein receipes .you can ready it in 15 minutes.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 Capsicum or GreenBellPapper (washed and cut in to slices)
- 1/2 Cup Cottage Chess(Paneer- roughly crushed )
- 1 Large Onion (sliced)
- 2 Green chillies (finely chopped)
- 2 Tomato(finely chopped)
- 1/2 tsp GingerPaste
- 1tsp cumin seeds
- 2tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp turmric powder
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- 1/4 tsp Asafoetida(Hing)
- 1 tsp Gram Masla
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1Tbsp oil(any vegetable oil)
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan add cumin seed and saute it till cumin seed trun brown.
- Add sliced onion and capsicum fry it for 2 minutes.
- Now add tomato ,coriander powder,gramamasla , turmeric powder,asafoetida ,salt,red chili powder and fry it again for 5 min .
- Now add cottage chess and cover the pan for 6-8 minutes or untill capsicum get cook..
- Serve it with chapati ,yougrat .
